Fleet support is the work that helps other activities continue. Auxiliary roles can include transport, replenishment, maintenance support and other specialised maritime tasks.
Their contribution is measured in readiness: people and resources in the right place, supported by careful planning. Behind each movement is a team of mariners and technical specialists.
